DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is £6.00 to most UK postcodes. Your order will be processed through DHL. We can deliver for £3 to anyone living within a 20 mile radius of NR20, and also offer FREE delivery to anyone who lives within a 5 mile radius of NR20. Collection can also be arranged from NR20.
Why is delivery £6?
Our Cookie Dough is a fresh product and needs to keep cool with our Gel Ice Packs and needs to be delivered as quickly as possible. As our company grows we hope to reduce the delivery charge.
When do we deliver?
We currently ship cookie dough on Mondays and Thursdays for next day delivery. Order before12pm on Sunday and Wednesday.
Do I need to be there to accept delivery?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. Wild Lulita cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
Please remember our cookie dough is a freshly made product, we are unable to re-deliver. Cookie dough must be refrigerated once delivered.
DHL shipping terms
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from DHL with tracking details.
DHL will then send you a text and email on the morning of the delivery giving you a 1-hour delivery window.
If this doesn’t work for you, you can request alternative options with DHL directly.
DHL is currently operating contactless deliveries due to Covid-19
The products will be at your risk from the time you accept delivery of the products from the courier.
Please note that although all freshly baked products will be sent on a next day service we cannot accept liability for delays occurring within the DHL system.
Please note that we usually use DHL as our shipping partner and as such offer you delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Therefore we are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our kitchen. However, we will do our best to resolve issues on your behalf.
