​​Booking & Payment Terms
Confirmation of Booking
A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit or holding fee has been received in cleared funds.
​
The Company reserves the right to release any provisional date if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
​
Events of 30 Guests or Fewer

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
-
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the event.
-
Larger or multi-day events may require a non-refundable holding fee.
-
Payments are accepted via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
-
Late payments may incur interest at 5% per week on the outstanding balance.

All payments are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Events of 30 Guests or More
-
A £500 non-refundable holding fee is required to secure the event date while menus and final details are confirmed.
-
This fee is deductible from the final invoice.

The holding fee is subject to VAT.​​
​
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges reflect the loss of booking opportunity, advance preparation, supplier commitments and administrative time incurred.

More than 50 days before the event:
-
The non-refundable holding fee will be retained.
-
Any additional deposit paid will be refunded.
-
For events of 80 guests or more, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
​
30 days before the event:
-
50% of the total event fee is payable.
​
14 days before the event:
-
​100% of the total event fee is payable.
​
Where cancellation occurs after supplier orders have been placed or perishable goods purchased, the client may also be responsible for those costs where applicable.
​
All retained sums are agreed as a genuine pre-estimate of loss and not as a penalty.​
Liability
Wild Lulita Ltd operates under a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating and adheres to strict food safety and handling standards.

The Company shall not be liable for:

Circumstances beyond its control (including weather, venue limitations, power failure or supplier disruption).

Food removed from the event premises after service.
-
Allergic reactions where dietary information has not been fully disclosed in advance.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance where caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruption, or venue closure.
​
VAT
Wild Lulita Ltd is VAT registered in the United Kingdom.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate and clearly itemised on all invoices.
VAT is payable on deposits, holding fees and final balances.
Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of the VAT charged.
